: Candidacy Withdrawn. The CAAM-HP, at its meeting held July 25-27, 2019, had granted Candidacy for two years, 2019- 2021, to the Commonwealth University College of Medicine (formerly Health City University), based in St Lucia. However, since then, no progress reports and no communication have been received by the Authority. The Board therefore, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held January 24, 2024, decided to withdraw the candidacy status granted to the School.

July 2019 Determination: Candidacy for two years, 2019-2021 This was the first review of Health City University (HCU) by CAAM-HP. The CAAM-HP at its meeting held from July 25-27, 2019 considered the reviewer’s report of the visit to the Campus in St Lucia in April 2019. The Authority, after consideration of the report, granted Candidacy for two (2) years 2019-2021. The school will be monitored on an annual basis.
